What can I return?
You may return most new, unused items sold and fulfilled through Umbrellomax within item's return policy days (which will not exceed a maximum 7 days) from the day of delivery. During public and christmas holidays i.e. items bought and shipped through Umbrellomax between 22nd December to 4th January, will not be processed untill the next working day.
When will I get my refund?
Usually within 3-4 weeks of recieving and processing your return. Your refunds will be credited into your wallet and available to buy another or same item from different or same seller.
